<p>Every week they would have their hip and waist circumference, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, as well as their side effects. Results found that 141 patients completed the entire study process. Out of those 141 the group with the highest weight loss was the group who took caffeine and ephedrine together.</p>
<p>The researchers also found that blood pressure decreased in all of the groups who participated in the study. There were minor side effects noted but were generally gone by the end of the research process. Side effects for the placebo included many things such as dry mouth, constipation, and the jitters.</p>

Cigarette smoking is harmful especially for teenagers as their body is in developmental stage. Teen smokers can develop smaller lungs, weaker hearts, and other health complications. <p>Composition of Cigarette<br />
A cigarette smoke contains around 4000 chemical compounds and around 69 of them can cause cancer. A cigarette smoke also contains 43 chemical compounds that are identified are carcinogens. This can be annoying because if there is one thing that many people aim for, it is to look as youthful as possible for as long as possible. A great way that you can get your face to look youthful again is by using these free face exercises.</p>
<p>Eyes:</p>
<p>Place your middle finger above your inner eyebrows. Making use of the pads on your fingers, gently massage in circular motions. Go from the<br />
inside of your eyebrows to the outside. When you reach the tip of your eyebrows, stop massaging and gently slide your fingers around your eyes bringing your hands back to the original position. Repeat this about five times.</p>

<p>Before going to sleep, lie on your bed with your back flat but in a relaxed position; put a pillow underneath your neck and pull your head back as far as you can. Do this every night for as long as you can. If it is possible for you to sleep in this position then do so.</p>
<p>Place your ring, index and middle fingers underneath your chin. Gently pull your chin down. While doing this, place your lower lip over your teeth so that it curls over your teeth. You will feel the muscle pulling in opposite directions as you do this. An important thing to remember is never to pull too hard on your chin to avoid sagging.</p>
<p>Lips:</p>
<p>Using your middle fingers (placed at either end of your mouth), pull down the sides of your mouth. Doing this should expose your teeth. With the sides of your lower lip pulled down and your teeth showing, try to pout. This should stretch the muscles around your mouth.</p>
<p>Relax your face and firmly press your lips together. Suck air into your mouth. Move the air inside your mouth around gently; first on top of your lips, underneath, to the left and then to the right. Slowly exhale and let the air out. Repeat this procedure four more times. Feel free to rest in between repetitions.</p>
